Such an amazing comment by Cesar on the night and day difference he immediately noticed in the way Americans humanize our dogs as opposed to where he grew up in Mexico. I accept what he says about the needs of our beloved dogs that I acknowledge I have not fulfilled by playing in our large suburban yard vs an hour walk daily.
